Here is a list of things that might be the cause, I would check them in this order:[br]
[br]
1. Hold the reset button (I believe it should be under the volume knob on most newer models for Kia/Hyundai) for 10~ seconds to reset the screen.[br]
[br]
2. Check out the below image for the fuse box diagram. I would check the Multi Media fuse (15A) and make sure it hasn't blown. Apparently in some cases just taking the fuse out for 15~ seconds and putting it back in has fixed the issue in some cases.[br]
[br]
3. If it isn't the fuse try disconnecting the battery for about 15-20 minutes, but if the fuse didn't work this probably won't either.[br]
[br]
If none of this works then you could be dealing with a blown screen or a bad ground.[br]
[br]
