@kuro24592 The ear speaker is in the wrong way lol. The two springs that are at the very top should be contacting the two metal plates on the corner of the circuit board. Lift it out rotate it 180 degrees the put it back in. When you put the board back in it should sit against the two sprung points. Also try disconnecting the cameras and re seating them as they look like they're not on properly. The area circled in the picture could be your problem. Looks like some components could be shorted.

+The tip of the connector arrowed should be under the metal corner piece so when you put the board back in the tips of the speaker contact the corner plates so the ear speaker will work.
