Have you checked the ribbon cable between Motherboard and control board? Did you reseat it properly? While prying did you destroy any components?
If all of these are not true, may be see the control board under a microscope and you can find if some contact of a component is not soldered properly.
Even very experienced people sometimes make mistakes. Just take a look of the FPC connectors for the ribbon cable under a microscope. Even a single bent pin would create such disconnected problem. Also check the FPC ribbon cable if there are any tears. I have damaged a Logitech G Pro Wireless cable by accident and the crack was only visible under a microscope. Fortunately you can get the replacement ribbon cables if you search properly and based on the pitch of the cable on AliExpress or eBay.
