P.S., As a stopgap measure, you can cover that crack with some heavy duty packing tape; that will smooth the surface sufficiently to allow for a good seal on the door.

+I didn't have much luck locating any information about replacing the part you need, other than the fact that it's part of the "breaker strip", which is the plastic around the edge that the door seal comes in contact with. There was one generic page that wasn't completely useless, but I don't know if it'll help.
