Why is the freezer drawer not getting cold

Our GE (Model # CFE28USHLSS) freezer drawer is not freezing. The fridge is still operating as normal, but freezer is slowly getting warmer even when freezer temp is turned down to coldest setting.

Pls help! I really don’t want to have to purchase a new fridge 😞
