Samsung top-load washer makes horribly loud noise when spinning

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hello, we have been googling and searching for instructional videos on Youtube for the past month but haven't found any information yet. We are at our wit's end.
Our Samsung top-load washer makes incredibly loud noises when it spins. They are horrendous noises. Even after closing the laundry room door, and we situation about 15 meters away, we still need to plug our ears. We feel like the top lid is going to fly out at any time.
This person has/had the same exact issue (please click the link below). Based on the comments, it appears that veteran experts don't even know why this is happening.
There are the exact sounds I have been hearing for the past two months or so (please click the video that is embedded in the second post from the top):

Here is some extra information about our washer:
* Model #: WA48J7700AW/A2 (2018 model)
* This was a recalled model, and we had Samsung contractors come to our house and fixed the recall issue (supposedly). I read on various news sites that Samsung's recall fix doesn't always completely fix the issue, and Samsung never provided any responses to address this concern.
* We made sure that everything is leveled.
* We exchanged all the suspension rods. Nothing changed, and our washer still produces the same quality and quantity of noise when spinning.
* The only time we don't hear the noises is when we use the washer in the "gentle" mode.
* No grinding noises when the washer is spinning and when we rotate the drum by hand.
* No drain issues.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. If you can identify the issue, where can I get the repair parts? Thank you for your time.
