Search online using the ''part number only'' to find suppliers that suit you best. A quick search shows that there are some suppliers that have it in stock.
The part number for the seal for the maintenance cover (Item #15) is 980413001 but there doesn't seem to be any suppliers that have it or at least none that I can find. You may have better luck.
