My iBook G4 turns on but screen is black

My ibook G4 will turn on, only the fans spin and i can hear what sounds like the HD running. The screen is black and no chime.

I tried cmd+opt+shift+power and turned off the computer, it restarted CHIMED once and was able to Target Mode… but it didn't last, the drive ejected from iMac.

Anything I can do to boot this sucker up?
