Motorola Lux 85 Connect parent unit not connecting to baby unit

Hi, my Motorola lux 85 connect parent unit (monitor) isn't working. It beeps with a red camera logo on a black screen but no video as it's obviously disconnected from the baby unit.[br]

The baby unit (camera) works as I can see my baby via mobile app over wifi. There could still be an issue with the baby unit not sending out a signal to the parent unit.
I have tried resetting both units, checked the internet connection and followed all other troubleshooting I could find online but it's still not working. I purchased the unit in 2021 so it's out of warranty. I'd really like to try fixing it, I have limited experience of repairing electronics.
