@moh93915 the very first thing I would do is to remove the battery for a couple of minutes, then replace it. It is also possible that this is a battery fault, you do want to consider replacing it. After that I'd try boot to recovery with the phone turned off hold the Volume Up + Power key for a couple of seconds. When you see the Android icon, let go of the keys.
