Your going to need to remove the motherboard and inspect the board with a thermal camera to diagnose which compent is responsible.
I'd also try using the dail ''* # 0'' * # testing menu and see if there is a sensor that's faulty. A busted sensor can cause several similar issues
I'd also try a different battery in cause your bms has a faulty thermistor.
Or just smack that sucker in a bag with some sicla gel desdicant packs in the freezer for about 5 or 10 minutes just charge and test while cold.
