@nicholasru74706 it would have helped a bit more if you would have told us what engine size. In general yes, between 2000 and 2004 the engines should be interchangeable. There may be a few accessory brackets that may need to be changed etc. but essentially it will fit. It may not be a direct "plug and play" since you may or may not have to flash the ECU etc.
