Cleaning specific parts inside the front screen display

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I'm fixing my front screen display by transferring different parts from another used iPhone 6 Plus model to my iPhone 6 Plus. My question is this, both devices have some dirt or look like they could be wiped clean in certain areas but are there some things that should not be touched at all due to it damaging the front screen display in one way or another? More specifically, can I wipe clean the back side of the LCD mirror and the thermal plate? If so, can I use a very lightly sprayed micro fiber cloth to clean away dirt that can't be brushed off easily?
