Just maximize the TV volume, or if watching from a laptop, put the volume at the taskbar at full 100%. If you watching from VLC player, scroll the mouse on the movie at 200% and then reduce the volume at the speaker manually to adjust sound accordingly. I had this issue watching movies and at dead silent scenes, the volume used to cut off at my speaker. At jump scare scenes, I would not flinch because the sound would catch up late. By increasing the volume at the source at max ( my case Laptop volume 100% and VLC 200% ) this issue was solved
