On speed levels 2 nd 3 it will accelerate up to speed, then shut off power, then accelerate, then cut off, and it will do this over ad over during operation. Is there a way to be able to press the throttle and get a constant speed where it does not have this jerky motion while operating? I'd even be ok with shutting off the speed limiter if that is the issue.
