Hi @aalybobkra60447,
Is the phone in a protective case at all?
-If so try removing it from the case and check if you can be heard OK when on a call. if it is now OK the case may be blocking the voice inlet hole located on the bottom edge of the phone, reducing the level of the sound be picked up by the microphone.

If it is not in a case then try plugging in the earphones with the microphone attachment into the phone and using it or using the phone in loudspeaker mode (aka hands free mode) and check if you can be heard OK when on a call.
If you can there may be a problem with the phone's main microphone.
To eliminate the possibility that the voice inlet hole located on the bottom edge of the phone is blocked with lint etc, try using a vacuum cleaner to clear the hole and then check if you can be heard OK.
If still no good there may be a problem with the microphone in the phone. The phone would need to be opened and further tested to find out what's wrong.
