Found NOTHING about Samsung Scanner/Copiers! Why?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

My Samsung Scanner/Copier model # SCX-4500IXAA needs only light maintenance: It works, but squeeks a bit while scanning. The paper feed roller fails so it thinks it's out of paper. I used to make the paper a bit sticky on top where it's needed. That doesn't work any more. I am able to reach part of the roller deep inside with a long, thin brush, so I tried to apply ''RubberRenew'', but the roller is probably not rubber, but a time-hardened thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) rubbery plastic. So I need help how to open the machine, replace the roller, and lube away the squeek. But I didn't find scanner/copiers as a category. Can someone please teach me how/where to open it ''completely'' to let me at least first try to rough up the roller, and suggest a good lubricant for the squeek, if very carefully applied (no spray) WD-40 isn't appropriate.
