@trevor12451 check the charging port. Make sure there are no broken pins, lint etc in there. You can clean it with a few drops of isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air. I would consider this to be the culprit (of course there are possibilities of failed power management IC's etc. but the prime suspect is the charging port. This is NOT the easiest one to replace since there are pins on the bottom of the connector as well.
