@ahmadqureshi it'll depend on what was "repaired" on it and how it was repaired. I would start off by checking the fan to make sure that it works and that it receives power. Use a multimeter and check how much , if any, volts you get to it. We would need to see your video card (both sides) with some clear and large enough images, so we can try and identify components and traces.
