Fix Scratches on lens cover

I got some scratches on the outer case of the camera, on the part that is in front of the lens (don't know what it's called but i hope you know what i mean). the camera can still take pictures but the quality is suffering and the fokus does not work well any more. is there any way to fix this or to change this part of the camera?[br]
