@tiggerlator looks like a bad screen. Bad as in either the LCD controller boards or the actual matrix of the display. Try all different video sources (from coax to HDMI etc.) and see if that makes a difference. Check for any damaged lookin components on the driver boards. Also, disconnect all ribbon cables from main board, t-con board etc and check for corrosion. tears etc. If none of that works, you may need a new screen and you probably already figured that those are hard to come by.
