@leigh5220 sorry to tell you but you can't get any file from your tablet unless you can get it to turn on. Check your charger, makes rue it has the needed voltage. After that check your charging cable. Make sure there are not bend, broken or corroded pins. Next check your charging port. Make sure it is clean and has no pocket lint etc. obstructing it. You can use a few drops of isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air to clean it.
