Hanan, that's a USB-C port, right? And you're aware that USB-C connectors have 24 pins, aren't you? The problem here is that you can only see 12 of the pins. I pulled up a picture of the underside of the port from AliExpress. You'll see the 12 pins that are visible when they port is mounted on the board, but behind those are another 12.

So in addition to unsoldering the 12 pins on the top side of the board, you also have to unsolder the 12 pins from the bottom side as shown in this picture.

Hopefully that will solve the mystery of why the port won't come off.
