Tv won’t power on and screen flickers between blue and black

Model ***Un70tu700df*** was not a choice, so I am putting it here. When I turn this tv on, a dark blue screen shows, then it turns black and the tv appears to turn off. Then, the red light blinks a few times and the dark blue screen turns on, then turns black. It will continue to cycle like this until I turn the tv off. If I turn it back on, the blue/black cycle starts again
I have unplugged it, held the power button for 60 seconds, unplugged everything attached to it, but is still cycles blue/black. Any thoughts?
