Why is there green vertical lines on my screen?

I replaced a broken screen recently from an old PSP from my childhood. Although when I replaced it I realised the motherboard was broken too, so I replaced both of these, although now the PSP works although there are green lines from the screen, is it just a bad screen or maybe a cable thing?
