John deere LA 105. Blades only spin at slow speed when deck is at max height. Lowering the deck causes to blades to stop spinning. Deck Belt is 2 years old and doesn't seem warn. Drive belt and pulleys are new this year. Deck pulleys are old but don't seem in bad shape. Any thought?
