I plug my e260R into a USB on my computer and I get a message

It states "Load main image fail. Switch to Recovery mode. I was wondering if there is a fix for this or if this message is indicative of a specific problem that will require a replacement part. I would appreciate some feedback if you have time. My name is James Walker. I live in Lubbock,Texas. I'm kind of an old bird (early '60s) and money is beyond pretty tight. I also have a smaller SanDisk device. It's somewhere packed away. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
