How to replace the Thumbstick?

The rubber has been deteriorating on my thumbstick, as I use it, the rubber peels off in little shavings.[br]
I know Thumbstick Caps exist, but I have yet to find one that fits the Steam Controller sufficiently, they always slide off.[br]
Where would I be able to source a replacement thumbstick to repair my Steam Controller? Would a Steam Deck Thumbstick fit?
