Hi,
I have a surface laptop 3, 15" that reboots on the surface logo. I have replaced the SSD and Battery with multiple new replacements along with pulls from a surface laptop sitting here working perfectly.
The board is getting charge through the usb-c and surface charger port as it should so it is not a port issue.
I have seen a few people online run into this issue however no solutions aside from sending it to microsoft and getting a replacement.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
