-It's trying to boot from anetwork connection and not the hard drive.
+It's trying to boot from a network connection and not the hard drive.
Turn off the PC if it is on and then turn it on again. When the Dell logo appears, press F12. Make the hard drive (sata HDD) the 1st boot option
You can also press F2 instead and get into BIOS and set the boot order from there.
