You haven't said what you have tried to do.
Have you tried this? Turn off at power button. Press and hold F2 key while pressing the power button. Wait awhile. This should take you into the BIOS.
For next possible solution take out battery first.

You can try resetting BIOS as in this video. This is for the NP355V5C so it may ***''not''*** be the same for your particular model. Take your time, work slowly and steady your hand. You don't want to short the wrong pads.
If you don't feel confident doing this don't do it as you could possibly cause further damage.
