Once the USB installer is created, plug it into your broken white Macbook. Boot the computer on while holding the Option key. Select the USB bootable installer and let the computer start up.
Eventually you will get to the MacOSX Recovery screen. Select reinstall MacOSX Snow Leopard. Follow the on screen steps.
