-If it's powered on and not charging... then I'd say yes...it's normal to leave it on for 6 to 10 hours and lose 10% or so of battery. If it is powered off and not charging, to lose 10% would not be normal... unless battery is defective or in need of replacement or a short somewhere (Most likely wifi ic or the like) and draining battery. What condition is this happening? Also check Battery health in settings to see if its 80% or below...
