I can't find a service manual but here's a [link|https://www.partselect.com/Models/PEB7227DL3BB/Sections/Oven-Cavity-Parts/?ModelID=7896065&ModelNum=PEB7227DL3BB&mfgModelNum=&ManufactureID=2&Selected=15BFD227D9F31AAE127FDD5D4762D8CD7401A02B.gif&Position=3&mfg=GE&Type=Microwave&Mark=3|parts diagram] that may help to gain access to the turntable motor.
The turntable motor is part #1510 in the diagram.
Looking at the diagram the motor is mounted on the base plate but then again a few other components are as well, so it may not be a case of just removing the base plate to get to the motor if you get my drift.
