I've replaced my left Bud Plus with a LIR1454, and battery life has been great.

Though, the already very subtle electronic blips and constant noise on the left earbud has been exacerbated after reassembly. Only frequent chirps with nothing playing, quite noticeable at normal volumes alongside the constant buzz, more noticeable at lower earbud volume levels (noise stays the same volume), phone calls makes the noises louder, and Ambient Noise passthrough is now only somewhat usable as the electronic noises becomes ***very*** loud. This is only within the current first charge cycle as I've just done this today, but it's very annoying and all I can think of is to drain the battery (use till shutdown), pop open, and clean any exposed boards with IPA and a cotton swab; I was not diligent in not touching anything directly, as i was getting quickly frustrated and careless.

''Side note'': using 2 blue iFixit Pry Tools is significantly easier than the guide and other videos to open up the earbuds. They'll push against each other and apply equal force on each side of the earbud effectively.
