My HP J3680 All in One indicates 'cartridge jam".  When I open the cartridge door there is no jam. Nonetheless, I've followed all of the 'help' directions which appear on my computer screen, to no avail. The cartridge carriage makes a knocking sound and only stops when I turn the entire printer off. I'd appreciate help. Thank you
