Hello, I’m a beginner technician, I’ve got a 65" smart tv that has white screen. I’ve connected aux cable and it has no sound maybe I need to choose from the menu to use that port, but I can’t see anything on the screen. The power supply supplies all the voltages, and I couldn’t find any short on the t con or the main board.
