Samsung TV keeps turning on and off with a loud noise.

So basically when I turn my Samsung tv on it makes a loud noise that turns off and on then does that again for a while then it stops and leaves on and I'm like ok its fixed I guess so I connect my Nintendo switch to the tv because I really want to play on TV SCREEN not the little screen and when I connect my Nintendo to my Samsung TV my Samsung keeps turning off and on making a loud noise and it won't stop. Please
