Best that I can suggest is to look at the images in the ifixit [guide|69184] guide and check how the cables appear. On most of them you can see the wires in the cable as their pattern is distinctive. Also some have a part number printed on them so again that gives an idea of orientation.
-Regarding the speaker, if the old speaker is still in the tablet check what is printed on the speaker itself. Usually the impedance value is shown on the magnet. Unfortunately nothing is shown on the images in the ifixit https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/RCA+RCT6203W46+Rear+Speaker+Replacement/71397guide but hopefully it may be on your speaker. As to its dimensions, just measure the diameter of the speaker.
