Judging from the remove water from speakers burn in on the display the phone has gotten wet. Did it get wet and this issue appeared or was it happening before it got wet. May be liquid damage. If you look in the sim tray there should be a liquid indicator and if it it red than the phone has had water inside the device at some point.
