-If what @oldturkey03 said did not fix it and your phone still has some battery life left go into Settings > Device Health > Scroll down to the bottom and select diagnostics > Battery Status. If your battery health is bad, you might bring it to a shop, or repair it yourself, iFixit sells lots of great kits for this type of thing (they don't sell one for the AO1 to my knowledge).
