I have a problem with the headphone jack

When I ***connect*** the ***wired headphones*** I can't use the ***''mic ,''***       Tried other headphones, same problem.  I tried to use bluetooth headphones, but when I open the mic in ''online games'', the sound comes from the phone speakers, ***not from the headphones*** .

I want to know if this is a ***hardware or software*** problem

And how to fix it ?
