Hi @anabio,
Have you tried cleaning the screen using a microfibre cloth ''slightly dampened'' (not dripping) with Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available at electronics parts stores) to see if it is just a dirty screen or not, you didn't say?
''Turn off the TV and disconnect the power from the TV before you do this and allow time for the alcohol to completely dry. Also be gentle when cleaning. Don't rub too hard''
-Most manufacturers allow for 1-5 dead pixels in a TV screen before the warranty kicks in so if it is not a dirty screen but is internal to the screen you may be out of luck.
+Sony will only repair or replace the product if there are (a) 8 or more dark pixels in the screen (unless 2 or more are adjoining dark pixels) or (b) 2 or more bright pixels in the screen so if it is not a dirty screen but is internal to the screen you may be out of luck.
