@allydelish, It looks like you got the text describing the images backwards? Logic board connector <-> Display connector.

The connector on the logic board looks destroyed, as in will not allow the display to “snap” in. You’ll have two options:

# If you have the micro soldering skills and tools, you can replace the connector yourself
# Contact a reputable micro soldering shop in your area and pay them to replace the connector for you.

The job of replacing the connector is not a first time DIY job! It requires skill and a lot of fairly expensive tools in order to do it. Hot air rework station, appropriate solder and flux, replacement connector(s), microscope, ++.
