Use a Q-Tip ''lightly moistened'' (not dripping wet) with Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available at electronics parts stores) to clean the contact surfaces of the board for the buttons that don't work.
-***''Do not''*** clean the contact surfaces of the buttons themselves as you may removing the conductive coating from the underside of the button.
