You can use this supplier for information only to know what type and capacity SSD are suitable. There are other suppliers online that may suit you better.
Can't find out how many ram slots there are but according to the [https://www.asus.com/au/Commercial-Laptops/ZenBook-Pro-Duo-UX581GV/Tech-Specs/|specifications] the maximum may be 32GB (2 x 16GB?)
Once you have the laptop open to replace the SSD you should be able to find out. It is 2666MHz DDR4 SODIMM ram
