Adrienne Melnick are you referring to ALL lights or just signal and hazard lights? This sounds like an issue with the BCM (no more relays for the hazard/turn signal. all controlled by the BCM now) It is located under the driver side of the dashboard and to the left of the steering wheel. The very first thing I would try is to scan the OBDII and see if it pops up any codes.
