Missing diodes near the HDMI port. Can anyone ID them?

I have some missing (what looks like) diodes under the HDMI port.
They are small, black rectangles. There is a line on them like a diode. There is a small marking on them that looks like a "7"
There are 8 of them in total on the board. They are on pin 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12.
I am missing the ones on 1, 3, 7, and 9, although I think all 8 of them are the same.
They are marked "EG###" on the silkscreen.
Can someone ID?

+EDIT: I found the schematics and they show part number M1015860-001 but Googling the part number returns nothing useful.

+I would rather not have to buy a whole broken motherboard to salvage these parts if I can help it.
