On p.16 of 54 (Sect. 6-4) it shows the backlight fuse F0004 on the SY-1028 BOARD (1/23)
Can't find the voltage for the LCD but suspect it is 3V. (I know the fuse says 36V but it is the current rating of 0.25A that is important).

Perhaps the LCD is faulty and it blew the fuse I don't know.

Perhaps the LCD backlight circuit is faulty and it blew the fuse I don't know.
What resistance do you measure when testing between the backlight power wires into the LCD display? It should not be 0.00 Ohms

It could be both the motherboard and the LCD.
