Hi @gus_gush
Does it do this with the charger connected?
Things to try and see if they resolve the problem:
* [link|https://thedroidguy.com/wipe-cache-partition-samsung-galaxy-s9-benefits-1081023|Wipe the cache partition] and check if that resolves the problem.
* Try starting the phone in [link|https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-216817/|safe mode] and check if it works OK. If it does then a ''downloaded app'' is the cause of the problem. You will need to uninstall each ''downloaded app ***one by one***'' and then test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall to see if the phone works OK or not. When it does work OK then the last ''downloaded app'' that was uninstalled was the culprit. ''A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and it wasn't pre-instaled on the phone when you first got it.''
